Ben’s Passion about Details

Every successful organization has someone that is passionate about the details. Penny Mustard’s own Ben Huth, is a fanatic about the details. Keeping an eye on the small things ultimately delivers the very best in all that Penny Mustard does – from customer service to sophisticated, heirloom-quality furniture.
ARVID: “What makes Ben, Ben is that he’s very, very, very detail-oriented.”
BEN: “The details matter to me. Even the smallest detail needs to be right. And there’s no reason it can’t be right. To me, a room should be clean and organized, and the warehouse should be clean and organized. There’s no reason why it can’t be. So those are a few things that I’m a fanatic on. Arvid might roll his eyes at me saying that a little dust is no big deal, but to me, I’m like, ‘Nope, that needs to be cleaned up.’ I guess that’s maybe where we blend well.”
ARVID: “He’s so passionate about the quality of Penny Mustard’s furniture. Those details are his details. It’s so important to him that the furniture be built perfectly.”
BEN: “Nothing is off the table. Every little detail matters. We strive to have a company and a culture where what we’ve delivered is absolutely the best thing we can bring to our customers. We always put our best foot forward. Everything we do to get to that point that the customer never sees, needs to be done to the best of our ability.”
ARVID: “But in the end, I think, I have always learned that the details won’t take care of themselves. Ben will take care of the details… so that’s been a blessing!”
