Does "The Details Guy" Have Fun?

Around Penny Mustard, Ben Huth is known as “ The Details Guy.” He makes sure that everything has a place and that there’s a place for everything. Ben works tirelessly to ensure that Penny Mustard furniture is of the highest possible quality. To look at him, you may think that Ben is way too serious to have fun.

Thankfully, his brother Arvid is here to spill the beans about Ben’s secret talent.

BEN: Run that question past me again. I think I got sidetracked here a little bit.

ARVID: Ben… yeah. He likes to fish. Yes. Ben has fun. Ben does have fun.

BEN:I’m not interested in being the center of attention. I’m not one to show. I’m not one to flash. I’m just your average next-door neighbor, friend, buddy that just does average things like any other average person.

ARVID: Ben’s not always serious. Ben’s plenty goofy sometimes.

BEN: I hear it a lot when I meet people that know who I am, that I own Penny Mustard, but they’ve never met me. And then when they meet me and they get to know me, even if it’s for a few minutes, I’m kind of like, “What would you expect me to be? An alien or what?” I don’t know.

ARVID: Ben can dance. We’re not going to sign him up for America’s Got Talent.

BEN: But they’ve never seen that side of me, you know? And when they get to get to see that side of me, they’re surprised by it actually. I’m much happier in a low key. I’m just an average, Joe, like any other Joe and that’s who I am.

ARVID: What’s that celebrity dance? Let’s do that. Let’s sign. Who do we have to contact? Who do we have to contact to get Ben on Milwaukee’s Celebrity Dance? Because he’s kind of a celebrity, right? Yeah. I like that.

See? Even “The Details Guy” can have a little fun sometimes. Who knows? Maybe we’ll see his talent featured on TV someday. Of course, it will probably be on a fishing show.
