One-Year Comfort Guarantee with Purchase of Mattress Pad
If you are unhappy with the comfort or feel of your mattress or boxspring, we will return it at anytime within the first year for a company credit valued at 75% of its purchased price. That credit can be used towards a different model or comfort level that better suits your needs. Limitations below.
Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty regarding any defects in workmanship or materials.
A mattress that conforms to your body should create a body impression within a short period of time. This is a normal part of the break-in of a premier mattress. This natural settling will be most prominent during the first year you own your mattress.
Do not confuse a body impression with a manufacturer defect. Please see each manufacturer warranty for clarification on the difference.
Limitations:
- Must purchase mattress pad with mattress.
- You are responsible for all transportation costs to and from your residence.
- If the original mattress is found to be unsanitary, stained, or soiled, the mattress reselection will be void. Mattress must be like-new.
