Shipping

We will ship your order using the most reliable, fastest, and safest method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully identified to ship by a particular method in order to provide optimal delivery service at the most affordable price.    Most furniture deliveries made to Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, and Michigan will be made by our own Penny Mustard delivery team.  We work with several third-party carriers to make deliveries to most of the remaining areas within the 48 contiguous states.  All deliveries include placement, unpacking and debris removal, and light assembly of your furniture.

When an item ships by Small Parcel, it means it will be delivered by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your shipping area. 

 

Returns and Cancellations

Production of your special order furniture begins shortly after order confirmation. Our skilled craftsmen invest time and effort into creating a piece that is tailored to your 'optionizable' selections.

Due to the personalized nature of special orders and the immediate initiation of production, modifications or changes to your order cannot be accepted once production has commenced. (This typically starts within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order.)
With the exceptions of manufacturer or delivery defects, cancellations will not be processed. Customer is responsible to order the correct size and that the merchandise can be delivered to and fit into the room intended. "Wrong size" orders are non-cancelable. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to find a resolution that is fair and reasonable for both parties. 

Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.
